Other People's Photos
Because I don't have any photos ready to post, please enjoy these photos taken by Oli Studholme of Boblet.net. I was looking through his photos, and felt moved to play with them in Photoshop a bit. These are the results (posted with his permission of course).

I'm stunned. I wish I had an eye for photography like you, Kevin.

Thanks Jayson, but just to be clear, these photos were actually taken by Oli. I just photoshopped them and put them on my site.

Hey, nice photos Kevin! I think you can definitely claim some credit for them for removing the Kodak PhotoCD blandness ;-) The photos were generally shot on slide film then scanned to Kodak PhotoCD. The scanning process really seems to kill the colour - they all look desaturated compared to the original slides. I'd love to buy a decent slide scanner and scan them properly, but I'm saving for a digital body (of the camera variety)
I really need to start taking 'real' photos again - I've just been point-n-shooting recently. Great to see some photos of your new life btw!
