He Bites
I'm down with the worst case of strep throat I can ever remember having. Although I know I will have to get up and do some work very soon here before it starts raining this afternoon, I am enjoying drooling on the keyboard (because it hurts too bad to swallow) as I play with photos. This is the crazy baker's dog. Watch out though, he bites.

Any idea what type of dog that is? Some friends of friends I stayed with during my summer in Japan had a very similar dog -

grate some ginger root add some hot water it sooths the throat.

Mechelle, thanks. I have tried ginger tea, and it does sooth a bit. I thought maybe just becuase it was warm. Actually though, the best remedy I have found so far is to drink some booze every now and then - although this may be prolonging the healing process...
