The Park Where Tomoe Played
More shots from the new film camera and my walk around Nagoya. This is the park Tomoe grew up playing at. Apparently nothing has changed. When I was showing these photos to Tomoe's niece, she acted surprised and said, "I didn't know it looked that nice!" :)
And, of course, Mona.

Looked at the pics on flickr from Nagoya. Love the way you see things. But honestly is that really now in time after all that snow you ve been posting? Or is it far from where you live? I mean am sure we lost snow before you did n we didnt have all that much, but I tell you no cherryflowers even in Malmö...

The photos were taken at Tomoe's home-town, a five hour drive from here. Iti s slightly warmer there, but the snow here has little to do with temperature, and more to do with geography. While we are actually in a quite warm area, compared to other parts of Japan, we get more snow because of wind, and lake effect and other scientific thingies.
Our snow will still be on the ground after the blossoms have gone. While the temperature is warm, there was so much snow in the mid winter that it cant melt fast enough to keep up with the season.
