I thought I'd take this time to flashback to before I moved here and put some picures. These are from early August when I went with Jin to Korea. We went there for a week to visit his family and friends and just to have fun. I had a really good time and, as always, I ate waaaaaay too much.

When we got to the house, Jin's mother was making kimchi. Watching her make it makes me realize why my kimchi-making experience failed. It takes a lot of skill and years of experience to make good kimchi. This particular kind, made with raw oysters, is one of my favorites.
