Again, it's been a long time since I've written anything here. It seems to be a pattern to write one or two posts and then stop for a month or so. But this time I had a good exuse...I traveled back to Michigan for the holidays. It was a very nice, relaxing time. I didn't get to see everyone but then again, I didn't TRY to see everyone. Maybe I'm just getting too old but unlike the old days when I'd be gone everynight, this time I prefered to stay in. I'm so boring. I didn't even do anything for New Year's Eve because I was just too tired and I couldn't decided which party I wanted to go to.

I arrived just before Christmas and had very little time to do Christmas shopping for myself. On Christmas Eve my parents and brother went to church and then to my Aunt Madeline and Uncle Paul's house for the traditional Christmas Eve get together we've been going to every since I can remember. Although, I don't remember there being so much gossiping as this year. Well, maybe it's just my memory, you remember what you want to.

on Christmas Day my family went to Church again and then opened presents. I got a lot of nice, useful things and am thankful to everyone. My Aunt Carole, Uncle Bill and cousin Andy come for the Christmas dinner. The next day went toboggoning but the toboggon run was closed...we managed to sneak in a few runs. I also talked a kid into letting my try his snowboard...I must say, I kicked BUTT!!!

Other than that I just hung out. I did get to see some good friends, Ingrid, Sarah, and Stephanie. And, my family took a trip to Chicago to visit my brother and sister-in-law for a weekend.
