You shouldn't be so hard on yourself about your art progress. Recently, I became aware just how dificult it is to draw and paint, and it makes me see you paintings and sketches in a whole new light. I wen't to one of those art classes here in MI a couple weeks ago. The lighting for this class wasn't very good; in fact, it was down right dark except for some soptlights on the models and some black lights above the drawing tables. Someone was playing music really loud, wich didn't help my concentration at all. And the models wouldn't stand still for a second! I think everyone got so frustrated that they didn't even want to draw anymore, because I was the only one with a sketch book open. Oh, and the models must work without an agent or booking agency, because we had to give the money directly to them when they came around to us. All in all, I didn't get any good sketches. But I do appreciate your work a little more now.
